Regional Sales Manager - CCTV - Northern England

Sure, you will be based from home and manage your own diary, we will not be on your case every hour for a forecast update, we will though support you with an Internal sales team, Marketing team and Technical support to empower you to give your customers the service they deserve.

Cold calling all day? Sounds painful, in this role you will have a host of existing clients to target as well as finding the new ones.

I spend my life in my car, it's my office, do I get something decent? We offer you a huge choice of car options, and if the one you want is outside of the banding then you can contribute towards getting it.

Feeling like your company may get left behind? They Manufacture a wide range of CCTV & Video Surveillance systems, from standalone to networked, hardware & software and have a product roadmap that will see them introduce a number of innovations in the next couple of years, be part of helping the industry move forward.

Keen to get better? They will give you coaching and/or windscreen training to tweak your already impressive skills and number of existing or expired contacts to speak with, they will also help you to build a new business plan and determine with you how you are going to take this patch to the next level, they understand that Rome wasn't built in a day and don't expect you to turn water into wine, just do the key tasks every day and the rest will come…

We need someone that can hunt our new business opportunities both over the phone and in person but also be excellent at managing accounts and dealing with their existing customers to seek out upsell and cross sell opportunities in your region (they have already landed some major national clients). Your ideas will be always welcome and you will get rewarded for all the hard work you put in!

I can do that, what will my package be?

  • Basic Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + OTE
  • Choice of Company Car
  • Contributory Pension scheme
  • Expenses account for entertaining valued partners


  • Proven track record of sales in the Security market, preferably with knowledge of Access Control but not essential
  • Are able to demonstrate your ability to identify target clients, make an approach and secure meetings.
  • Can sell quality over price
  • Have an excellent commercial mind, able to spot opportunities wherever you go
  • Can run a business within a business.
