This global and award-winning media group is looking to hire a 1st/2nd Line Mac and PC support engineer to join their onsite support team.
The role entails providing remote and deskside support to a buzzy, young and dynamic creative environment that is home to equal amounts of Mac and PC machines.
This 1st/2nd Line Mac and PC support role requires;
Recent exposure to at least 30% Mac operating systems user base
Recent experience in configuring, deploying, troubleshooting and supporting Mac and PC operating systems
Application software support (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud)
Audio-visual equipment support
Mobile device support
Basic networking support experience
knowledge of remote resolution methodologies
