We're on a trajectory. So are you.
We're ambitious. We want to turn a £2.5 million turnover into a £5 million one over the next few years and push on from there. We want to be a Top-100 Employer. We want to move to new hi-tech offices. We have detailed plans in place to achieve all that. This newly created job is a key part of them...
A new role in a new sales team.
This is one of two new roles in our sales team. You'll report to the person who was doing this job before so they'll have realistic expectations. They know the turf. They'll signpost the shortcuts, point out the pitfalls and give you the benefit of their experience. The rest is up to you.
Not that we are looking for rabbits out of hats. Our telemarketing team will supply some leads; you'll sniff out some more of your own. We've just installed a new CRM and a CMS platform to automate our marketing - so you can focus on what you do best: finding the right solutions for customers. There's huge goodwill from the CEO and the rest of the business: we all want this to work out.
No barriers to what you can achieve
We don't put barriers in the way of you building relationships and making sales. We don't have rules for the sake of rules. Actually, we want you to earn lots of money - our uncapped commission structure reflects that: 12%, however, big the deal you secure.
Sales here isn't a silo. We'll expect you to share skills and ideas with your colleagues. Over time, you can earn responsibility and grow the role.
We do business the right way
We're product agnostic. We won't sell clients products they don't need just because there's a good margin on it. Our approach is very personal: you'll need to think like a client, understand their needs then find security technology, services and solutions that meet (or better still beat) them.
We follow an EOS process - it means that everyone in the business understands their role in achieving our goals. There are regular catch-ups. We share good ideas. And we work with a smile on our face.
Enough about us - what about you?
You need sales success - or convincing potential - ideally in the security field. You understand B2B sales and the art of cultivating new business - from initial introductions and research to putting together persuasive proposals and winning repeat business.
Above all, we want someone with the right attitude: someone who thinks beyond their role, who works well as part of a team and who, like us, has a great appetite to grow this business. You're probably frustrated in your current role and looking for a genuine career opportunity, not just a convenient job or sideways move.
