Take full ownership of support cases from the beginning and carrying it through to resolution
The work as a Technical Support Agent is varied and can be challenging at times, not quite life or death, but you will be tackling anything from LDAP connection issues through to email flow troubleshooting
As Technical Support Agent, you will be resourceful in investigating each issue that comes your way using lateral problem solving to achieve helpful customer solutions
We can't guarantee an Aston Martin or a special gadget watch, but a salary of £18,000 to £25,000 and the opportunity to work remotely / home-based will give you the flexibility to do what you love with a great lifestyle.
The ideal candidate doesn't need to prefer their martini shaken not stirred, but you will need;
Solid experience in a similar role with excellent customer service skills and top-notch problem-solving abilities
Exposure to mail servers, with understanding of DNS, TCP/IP and protocols such as SMTP, and HTTP
The innate ability to stay cool under pressure and conduct in-depth research into thorough technical issues
