TECHNICAL PRE-SALES ENGINEER - DACH Region
Basic Salary: €45K - €50K + Bonus

AS ATECHNICAL PRE-SALES ENGINEER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Support company's partners and customers in the DACH region on projects, from project planning to commissioning;
Perform product support duties where necessary including phone support, remote access and site visits;
Plan new product launches for the DACH region and to provide all support required for the launch;
Provide necessary technical training/ support to potential partners and customers.

Previous experience in a similar Pre Sales role
Knowledge of security systems technology (e.g. CCTV, PIDs, Access Control, Intruder)
Technical expertise for resolving product related issues
Excellent level of spoken and written English & German
Customer service & time management skills
