Eligo was established in 2001 by John Doherty and Andy Molloy, launching in the IT recruitment market. Our focus back then was the same as now, focus on delivering a professional recruitment service, with no compromise on quality or integrity. We were committed to being specialists in the IT market, understanding the jobs, the technology and developing long term relationships with the best people and organisations.
John and Andy are now joined by fellow company directors Guy Wilkinson and John Guest, who brought with them knowledge and skills across new industries which have been instrumental in the growth of the business. Eligo has grown from two to over thirty, yet the ethos of a personal, fun, meritocratic work environment remains at our core. We are passionate all about quality recruitment, we work hard together and play hard together too.
